Our experienced tour specialists have been responsible for our company’s success. Our customer service is constantly acknowledged by our clients as ‘The Best’ they have received. We succeed in making sure that the enjoyment of your Ireland & UK vacation is delivered through our attention to detail. Critiques rave about our staff’s professionalism, knowledge and experience.
Marketing and business development are both areas she enjoys but most of all, she loves to get out on the road and meet our clients face to face, both at home and abroad, building and maintaining relationships as she goes.
Customer service is her primary focus and what the foundations of the company have been based on. This in turn has led to a high level of repeat business and referrals which she is especially proud of.
Over the years I have visited every county in Ireland and loved all of them for different reasons. So I am well placed to make sure our clients have the best vacation possible, as each day is still an adventure for me and I will make sure it is for our clients too! In more recent years through my work, I have enjoyed exploring Scotland and Wales in a more in-depth way and creating customized tours that our clients will love.
I obtained a degree in Tourism after four years of studying at University in Dublin and I have been working in the Tourism Industry ever since.
I love planning customized tours as each one is different and you never know what request you are going to get from clients. One of my favourite places in Ireland to visit is Killarney and the stunning Ring of Kerry, the views are not to be missed.
